Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these terms is to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the user and the service provider, and other necessary matters concerning the use of the 'Cat MBTI' service (hereinafter 'the Service').
Article 2 (Content of the Service)
1. The Service analyzes the cat photos uploaded by the user through AI technology to provide information on the cat's breed and personality type (MBTI). 2. All analysis results provided by the Service are estimates based on statistical data and algorithms and are provided for entertainment purposes only. The absolute accuracy of the results is not guaranteed.
Article 3 (User's Obligations)
1. Users must upload only images that they own or have the legal right to use. 2. Uploading images that infringe on the copyrights or portrait rights of others or are illegal is prohibited. All legal responsibilities arising from this are borne by the user.
Article 4 (Changes and Suspension of the Service)
The Service may change or suspend the content of the Service at any time based on technical needs or operational judgment. In case of important changes, a notice will be posted within the Service.
Article 5 (Disclaimer)
1. The Service is exempt from responsibility for providing the service if it cannot be provided due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure. 2. The Service is not responsible for any obstacles in the use of the service due to the user's fault. 3. The information provided by the Service is for entertainment reference only, and the Service is not responsible for any decisions or actions made by the user based on it. For professional diagnosis or advice, please consult with experts such as veterinarians.
Article 6 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
In the event of a dispute regarding these terms, the laws of the Republic of Korea shall be the governing law, and any related litigation shall be filed in the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
